. What are the sources of vitamin A and vitamin D for Nature’s Harmony® Cod Liver Oil? 

Cod liver oil naturally rich in vitamin A and vitamin D. During processing, Nature’s Harmony® Cod Liver Oil is also fortified with vitamin A (palmitate) and vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) to meet the label claim. Vitamin A (palmitate) is synthetic, while vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is derived from lanolin from sheep’s wool. 

. What is the omega-3 content of Nature’s Harmony® Cod Liver Oil? 

Nature’s Harmony® Norwegian Cod Liver Oil is designed to provide vitamin A and vitamin D rather than omega-3 fatty acids. According to the Canadian Nutrient File, cod liver oil usually contains 6.898% EPA and 10.968% DHA. 

. Why Nature's Harmony® Stomach Ease™ Herbal Laxative does not work for me as usual? 

Nature's Harmony® Stomach Ease™ is in the market for decades. We always strive to provide consistent quality. However, please be aware of the natural variations in herbal products. The herbal ingredients were harvested each year. Therefore, the potency and efficacy of the herbal ingredients vary from year to year due to different weather and different territories where the herbs were grown. On the other hand, an individual's physical condition might change from year to year, some of our customers might find the product is not as effective as it used to be. 

. How to take the Nature’s Harmony® Timed-Release Melatonin 2mg? 

Please swallow the tablet as a whole. We do not recommend the splitting or crushing of timed-release tablets. It will reduce the timed-release function.  

. Can I give melatonin to my kids? 

Nature’s Harmony® melatonin is designed for adult consumption only. Please consult a health care professional before giving it to your kids. 

. Can I give my pet Nature’s Harmony® supplements? 

We cannot provide suggestions regarding this question. Nature’s Harmony® products are formulated for human consumption only. Please consult your veterinarian before giving your pet any human dietary supplements.
